The “Golden Fish” Complex is composed of one residential building. The complex is located in one of Bulgaria's best resorts near Sozopol standing at 20 km south to the city of Burgas. The complex has been devised and designed to combine the romantic spirit of the resort, beautiful nature and the functionality of a modern building. This is a 1-shaped building of four aboveground and one underground level. The ground floor hosts garages, restaurant and shop center. All levels also hosts 39 apartments ranging in area from 40 to 80 square meters. Each home has its living-room area, one- or two- bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with sanitary unit. Sales and contracts The sale is performed with preliminary sale-trade contract, at which 10% deposit – reservation of the property is paid. The paying is spaced out into 20 equal monthly payments. The prices are with included VAT. The notary transference is made after the final paying off between the parties. Management The management of the holiday complex “GOLDEN FISH” by “TEKOM ENGINEERING” Ltd. includes: overall security of the complex; maintenance of the outer communications (electrical, water supply and sewerage) and repair of any damages in connection with them; maintenance of the outer lawns, the lighting, maintenance of the trees maintenance of the cleanliness of the common parts and the grounds around the building, as well as of the parking areas and around the garages.
